Bids are publicly displayed providing bidder confidence and transparency in the system. Each time a bid is placed all competing parties are automatically notified via email, ensuring that all parties are kept up to date and can place bids 24/7. Auction Sales: Auctions are a specialist service provided by Artis, providing a date certain sale for both buyers and sellers. Using the Offr.io technology, Artis can host an auction for a single property or several properties simultaneously, thereby enabling our clients to successfully achieve their targets.

A typical auction timeframe is 8 weeks from launching the property to the market to sales closing and the key to a successful sale is preparation.
